Conscious Teacher & Trainer Program
The Certified Conscious Teacher & Trainer program prepares you for a career in Teaching, Training, and Mentoring in the fields of Enneagram, Integral Consciousness, and psycho-spiritual transformation.
The program is provided online in both English and Arabic and is designed for those who have completed the first two programs and wish to pursue a career working with the Enneagram and the Integral Enneagram model.
The program consists of three levels:
Note:
- Each level is different in length and structure from the usual format. Please refer to each level's page for complete details.
- Each level separately provides a successful completion diploma, while finishing the three levels provides a "Certified Enneagram Teacher and Trainer" degree.
- All levels are accredited by the International Enneagram Association (IEA) and provide points towards IEA accreditation.
- The program is provided one year in Arabic and one year in English, alternately.
The Enneagram Egypt Learning Portal:
- The program has a Learning portal where all sessions are recorded and uploaded for future reference. So if you miss a session, join the program late or after its completion, or want to return to the content at any time, you will find it all available in addition to numerous other references, valuable resources, extra media, teaching videos, and information.

TT1 - Methodology of Training
Four-day in-person Level
Methodology of Training Level helps students develop the skills to teach, train, and learn effectively through a focus on methodology. It emphasizes the presence of mentoring and transmitting for transformation and building a wisdom lineage based on the Enneagram. The course teaches how to transfer the Enneagram's wisdom and certifies students' teaching skills.
Prerequisite: Enneagram of Personality (EL1) or good knowledge of your Enneagram type.

TT1 - Methodology of Training
Online
Psychology of Training Level focuses on exploring the mindset of students and building new skills. It also covers team dynamics and how to set up a class with a psychological understanding of group dynamics. The course teaches how to use the Enneagram in different domains of teaching, the power of triads for exercises, and creating effective exercises using the Scandinavian Model of Learning.

Four-day in-person Level
Trainer and Trainer Assessment Level prepares students for certification through small group presentations and feedback. The certification process involves teaching a topic to the entire class, receiving feedback, and reflecting on ways to improve. It focuses on constant improvement through feedback and reflections.
