Dr. Khaled ElSherbini is an IEA Accredited Professional.

Dr. Khaled ElSherbini is the founder and chairman of “Enneagram Egypt,” the first and largest IEA accredited Enneagram school in North Africa and the Middle East. He is also the founder of “BeCon, the Consciousness Academy,” a dedicated academy focusing on human development and spiritual transformation. Dr. ElSherbini is an IEA Accredited Enneagram Professional and the founder of the 3 IEA Accredited Training programs provided by Enneagram Egypt. He is also a Spiral Dynamics Integral accredited professional by the SDi founder Don Beck through ValueMatch.

Dr. ElSherbini obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the American University in Cairo, his Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from the American University in Cairo, his Doctorate in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from West Virginia University, and his MBA degree in strategic management and innovation and technology management from the German University in Cairo. He is also currently completing his Master of Science degree in Psychology, specializing in consciousness, spirituality, and transpersonal psychology, from Liverpool John Moores University.

Dr. ElSherbini also obtained numerous non-academic certifications in human development, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Level, Reiki Universal Energy Master/teacher, Life Coaching practitioner, Systemic constellations practitioner, Mindfulness and Consciousness practitioner, Enneagram practitioner, and Integral consciousness.

Dr. ElSherbini has over 25 years of experience in the fields of human development, coaching, consciousness and awareness, executive management, corporate restructuring, sustainability, renewable energy, research and development, technology management, strategic management, and teaching in the USA, Spain, Ukraine, Germany, Switzerland, China, and in Egypt. 

Dr. ElSherbini created his models of human consciousness evolution and development by synthesizing and integrating numerous models, mainly: the Enneagram, Spiral Dynamics, Integral consciousness, modern psychological studies, and Sufi spiritual philosophies and psychology. These models are integrated under one overarching scheme called the "Integral Enneagram" and include:

   - Stages of the Heart: a model for psychospiritual awakening

   - Stages of the Mind: a model for cognitive expansion and maturity

Ms. Nataliia Yuriy Bolshakova is an IEA Accredited Professional.

Ms. Nataliia cofounded Enneagram Egypt, the internationally accredited Enneagram school for psychological and spiritual development and awakening, in 2015. She holds the President of Enneagram Egypt title and works as both a methodologist and a psychologist for the school. 

In addition, Ms. Bolshakova is the author, and the teacher of an IEA accredited psychological Program devoted to raising self-awareness in teenagers – “Enneagram for Teenagers,” and the director of the Enneagram Applications project where graduates of the school apply Enneagram knowledge to different spheres of life, including:

Ingy El Kably is an IEA Accredited Professional.

Also, Ingy is a Certified NLP Practitioner, a Certified Enneagram Teacher, Trainer, a Certified Professional Trainer, and an ICF Certified Positive Psychology Coach. Ingy started her self-discovery journey by studying the NLP, but the fundamental shift started with the Enneagram journey in 2016. Ingy has always been fond of studying human behaviors. She believes that all humans possess the resources to become the best version of themselves. 

Since Ingy started studying Enneagram, she decided to help people see the light within using the Enneagram as a tool. Ingy was a member of the team who worked on the first Egypt IEA Conference and is currently on the board of the IEA Egypt Chapter. 

Ingy has a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotels from the University of Egypt.

Noha Talaat is an IEA Accredited Professional.

Noha Ismail Talaat is a professional teacher and trainer at Enneagram Egypt school. In addition, she is a PCC life coach specializing in Parenting and relationships from the ICF. 

Noha was inspired by life experiences and mysteries to enrich her life with self-development studies. 

Therefore, she delved into Health, Psychology, and other studies to help herself and others discover essential answers people need to find happiness and move forward. 

Noha is very passionate about conscious Parenting as it links to numerous aspects of self-awareness. Feeling the effect of it on her own life and many families - she takes it as a life mission. 

Noha has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from the American University in Cairo in 1996.

Hoda Mahgoub is an IEA Accredited Professional.

Hoda Mahgoub is a Master coach who completed the ICI (The International Association of Coaching  Institutes, Germany) certified program in Egypt. She has also completed an INLPTA (The International NLP Trainer Association) Master Practitioner Training in the Art and Science of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

She started her learning journey in 2007 by studying Islamic Studies for 5 years, followed by learning Parenting courses that helped her deeply in the challenges of being a single mum of three. Followed by the Coaching certifications and finally, her Enneagram practitioner and her Integral Enneagram certifications.

Hoda’s passion is to serve people through awakening the healing impulse already within them. She believes that every human being is created with ALL resources within.

She has a special passion for the Enneagram as an awakening tool. She believes that Enneagram awakens this healing impulse within. After her own journey of self-discovery through the Enneagram, she is now a Certified Enneagram practitioner from Enneagram Egypt school.

Hoda graduated from the American University in Cairo in 2001, where she attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics with high honors.

Mohammed Mustafa is an IEA Accredited Professional.

Mr. Mohammad is a Certified Facilitator and Trainer, Certified Enneagram Practitioner, ICF Certified Coach, and Certified HRConsultant, who provided his services to the leading corporates in Egypt and trained diversified levels of top management, senior levels, juniors, and hundreds of trainees. Mohammad gained an excellent reputation for his training and facilitating talent, which appeared in numerous feedbacks related to the improvements of his trainees' performance and personal lives.
