Certificates Provided Through Enneagram Egypt

The diploma is the first certificate obtained on the path to becoming an enneagram professional. It is an honorary degree, and is only awarded upon request. The diploma is not awarded in the annual graduation ceremony.

In order to obtain the Enneagram Diploma, the following courses must be successfully completed:

• E1: Know Thyself
• E2: Immerse Deeply
• E3: Instincts and Subtypes
• E4: Inner Work
• E5: The Shadow

The Enneagram practitioner is a mark of excellence in the field of Enneagram. It certifies that its holder is knowledgeable and experienced in the science and art of the Enneagram. By finishing the 9 module Enneagram practitioner program, you will be guaranteed to have covered most of the major personality, psychological, and spiritual theories and practices within the enneagram field of knowledge.

In order to be certified as an Enneagram Practitioner, the following courses must be successfully completed:

• E6: Relationships
• E7: Mindfulness and the Enneagram
• E8: Growth
• E9: Awakening

The Advanced level of the Enneagram program is the Levels of Consciousness Journey. Though it may be studied as a stand alone journey, only requiring knowledge of one's enneagram type, yet it is actually intended and most suited for the advanced enneagram practitioner in order to move on to higher and more expanded levels of consciousness and stages of being and awareness.

By completing the following courses, the enneagram practitioner goes on to receive a Certified  Enneagram Master degree.

• LOC1: Stages of the Heart
• LOC2: Stages of the Mind
• LOC3: Ascending the Stages
• LOC4: Integral Life Practice
• LOC5: Spiritual Transformation

Fully and successfully completing the Enneagram Practitioner program is a prerequisite to receiving the Enneagram Master degree.

Those who have not yet completed their Enneagram Practitioner program and go on to study the Levels of Consciousness journey in its entirety, either as a stand alone journey or studying it along side the enneagram practitioner journey, will receive a "Levels of Consciousness Diploma" certificate. This is an honorary degree and is not celebrated in the annual graduation ceremony.

If they however go on to finish the Enneagram Practitioner program, even at a later date, they will then be awarded the Enneagram Master degree.

This is the highest level of certification provided by Enneagram Egypt. Requiring at least two years of faithful, dedicated, and serious study, the ETT certification acknowledges that its holder has achieved a level of excellence that allows them to go on and use the Enneagram in their professional practice, including:

• Teaching
• Training
• Coaching
• Mentoring
• Creating and developing new content and applications
• Publishing and blogging
• and more

• ETT1: Enneagram Typing
• ETT2: Enneagram Change Techniques
• ETT3: Coaching with the Enneagram
• ETT4: TOT 

2. Fulfilling all the course requirements as described below in the following section..

3. Assisting through the entire 9 levels of the Practitioner program.

A major requirement for becoming a certified teacher and trainer is to repeat the entire 9 modules of the practitioner program as an assistant. This provides the following benefits:

1. a much deeper look into the material: all those that have gone to repeat the courses as assistants have reported understanding the material from a whole different level. you will get to realize that you missed so much fo the content the first time around. 
2. By being an assistant, you experience a level between a student and a full facilitator or instructor. This prepares you for the next step up which is becoming an instructor, which is is the target of this level of study.
3. 1. Completing the following courses successfully and fulfilling all the course requirements . may face as a facilitator, things you will most probably have missed while being a student. 

Each of these courses has specific requirements that need to be completed successfully in order to be awarded the final certification. these requirements include, but are not limited to:

ETT1: 

conducting at least 10 typing interview sessions, followed by successfully conducting one paid typing interview session in front of your mentor

ETT2: 

Working on one specific personal issue in the methodology provided in the course, and presenting a written report to your mentor describing the process and its outcomes

ETT3:

conducting at least 3 paid coaching sessions using the techniques provided in the course, and providing an anonymous summary to your mentor going through your strengths and weaknesses as revealed in the sessions. This is a paid session.

ETT4:

Preparing and presenting in front of the instructor, your mentor, and the rest of your colleagues in the course. the presentation has to be enneagram related, and preferable in an area of application you intend on pursuing further in your career.

Workshop

Finally, you need to prepare a workshop of at least 4 hours in length, discuss it with your mentor and gain approval, and conduct the workshop in front of an audience. 

Some of the courses in this program may be substituted by alternative accredited courses provided by other Enneagram Accredited Schools or Accredited Programs. In this case though Enneagram Egypt cannot provide IEA points for these substitute courses, and the points must be obtained through the original course provider.

Acceptable substitute courses for the time being include, but are not limited to:

ETT1:

This course is provided by Enneagram Egypt. The Typing course provided by Ginger Lapid-Bogda may be used as a substitute for this course. Other typing courses may be used on condition these courses provide at least 20 hours of study or more. Please review with EE beforehand. 

ETT2:

For the time being this course is only provided by Tom Condon through his accredited program: the Dynamic Enneagram. 

Tom is hosted by Enneagram Egypt, usually annually, to conduct this course.

Even when Enneagram Egypt starts to provide this course locally, the Dynamic Enneagram course will still remain as an acceptable substitute.

ETT3:

The two "Coaching with the Enneagram" courses combined provided by Ginger Lapid-Bogda may be used as a substitute for this course upon pre-approval.

ETT4:

Only TOT courses provided by Enneagram Accredited schools can be used as substitutes for this course. Please refer back to Dr. Khaled ElSherbini for approval by providing the curriculum and details of the program you intend on taking to be sure it will be acceptable as a substitute.

Currently Enneagram Egypt will be hosting Flemming Christensen from Denmark to provide this course, over two sessions. 

The TOT course may also be waived for those who show proof of being professional trainers for at least 3 years. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and is granted upon personal discretion of Dr. Khaled ElSherbini.
