We start our journey with a study of the human sensations, feelings and emotions, and how they develop and manifest in our daily lives.
The session includes:
- the different categories of human sensations
- primary feelings and emotions
- identifying, and being aware of, our primary inner drives

Humans have numerous intelligence centers, each with its own unique evolutionary purpose, function, language of communication, and manifestation in our daily lives. The workings of these intelligence centers is essential to understanding ourselves and our view of the world. They are therefore mapped on the Enneagram symbol, and are considered the foundational structure of the Enneagram Types.
In this session we present:
- the evolutionary story of the human intelligence centers
- the prime purpose and function of each center
- the worldview of each of these centers
- the enneagram triads: mapping the centers on the Enneagram symbol

In this session we introduce the three types leading from their body center, types 8, 9, and 1.
For each of the types we discuss:
- how the child of each type perceived the world, and the survival mechanism they adopted.
- how the child embodies this fixated survival mechanism as they grow older
- the core belief that became installed deeply within each child, controlling their everyday functioning in the world
- the basic fears, desires, and adaptive behaviors and attitudes each has identified with
- the lowest and highest characteristics of each type
- the higher meaning and essential gifts each type brings to the world
- examples from the media, films, and songs that showcase each type
- tools for recognizing the expression of these types within you
